Blog Comments

๐Ÿ“š For the Comments section we use the wpDiscuz plugin. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form (such as your name and email) and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here. As we moderate comments, after approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. We also use Askimet, a spam catcher that looks for harmful or spam comments. Learn more here.

๐Ÿ“š All book covers uploaded to the reviews section, were obtained from Goodreads and belong to their respective creators.

๐Ÿ“š The majority of the posts’ headers are created using Freepik, Canva and pixabay. Photoshop is also used to tailor the image to our needs. A watermark is then added to the image to protect the creators.

Bookish Coven reserves the right to update or change its Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
